Avis Europe are recognized world-wide for their culture of continuous improvement and innovativion in employee self-development. Part of their strategy to achieve this is the introduction of computer-based training and information systems for access by all Avis employees.

The question posed to Avis Europe was how they could give their training systems a common, user-friendly interface and still allow all employees access on a global scale. Given this brief, I designed and developed "Spotlight - The Avis Virtual Learning Centre."
