In March 1995, Barclays introduced major changes and updates to an internal software application "Customer System." The update
required significant retraining of staff in Barclays' many high street branches. At the time our company was
commissioned to develop the training, and delivered it in July 1995.
The training combined both
computer-based and paper-based training and simulated day to day operations using the Customer
System database. It had great success in training Barclays staff how to use the system. As a measure of this success, when Barclays developed a *new* version of Customer System in 1998,
our team was again asked to redevelop and update all training materials to coincide with its release.
