The training solution developed for General Accident Property Services was a mixture of hard and soft skill training of about 13 run-hours duration.

The hard skills training portion taught users how to use the Preview system and its component parts such as a contact manager, diary, and so on.

The soft skills component focused on teaching good selling techniques and how to communicate with customers without letting the pc technology they were using get in the way.
